My Best Friends begin their visits!

Beautiful Emma! I tried to put these pics in order but I always get it wrong and can't seem to fix it. Anyone with the knowledge, feel free to leave me a comment. I also can never download a video. It takes forever!!!
Check out that lip.

Kade meets Brandi for the first time!
Right before the gang headed out to eat. Grammy kept Kade so we could visit.
Lily rocking in my birthday present. I love my rocker!

It's eating time. I love this photo. My, how times have changed.

Brandi and Chad made a visit to see Kade this past weekend. Here are a few photos. Then, Darcy, Jeremy, Claire and now "Emma" made a visit on Sunday and had dinner with us. So fun! Here are some pics.

We're Back!

Kade goes swimming for the first time in the pool!
Cousin Kevin gets to meet the man.
Is this precious or what? Jean and Gene
The crew that went up to B'ham. Leslie, me, mom and Kade. He could not have been better!
These pictures at the park are beautiful. Thanks to Joel for his talent and patience. Kade had a good time. I love the one where he is talking.

He loves to eat his feet.
My baby is rolling over now. Where does time go?
Amanda and Brett got to come in for the birthday celebration!

Cousins. Nothing like them. Laura and Ally at the park.
They love each other.
Best photo ever! Well, both of these are fantastic.

Well, it has been a while. A lot has happened. Kevin, me, Brett and Amanda had birthdays. I can't believe I am officially "in my 30s". Crazy. I mean, 30 was one thing but now I am actually older. However, life couldn't be better. Kade and I and Leslie took a work trip to birmingham and got to hang out with mamaw and papaw and see some cousins. Madeline and Kade had a wonderful time at the park one late afternoon and it was so pretty... thanks to Joel for some beautiful photography.

Happy Father's Day, Kevin!

Stephen, Tina and JT came to vacation in Orange Beach so Kade got to meet a cousin. We can't wait until B'ham this coming week so he can meet even more. Madeline and Kade and Gavin will be going for a stroll somewhere. We can't wait!

Well, Kevin had a wonderful first father's day. Kade and mommy really treated him well on this special day. You can see the fabulous tie that he proudly wore on Sunday (thanks to Allison for the idea). It was quite a hit at church. He was also sent on an "all fathers" half day deep fishing trip and they had a blast. We sent him off at 4:30am on Saturday with a super packed cooler (see picture). He got lots of fish and they had a cookout that night. Kade also gave him an engraved swiss army tool for fishing that said "DAD 2008". He got some auburn coasters for his truck, a dry fit shirt (which is a fav) and some great flip flops. Flops are all he ever wears if you know Kevin. So, he had a wonderful time. Most important, he received a gift of a lifetime on February 14th that he and I both will love forever...Kade. We had no idea the love that you can have for someone and so pure. He is enjoying precious time with him this summer. We are a family. Yeah.

An Auburn Passy and Some Wild Hair

war eagle fly down the fiiiiiiieeeeeeeelllllllldddd....ssssssssshhhhhhhhh
Say what?
These were after I nursed him, after he pitched the fit. I mean, a real fit.

Well, Kade took a passy twice today for at least 20 minutes each. This is huge! I am thinking maybe he will be okay with a bottle soon. It's not imperative that he take a bottle but it would sure help daddy out when he's keeping him and the belly is empty. Mom want keep getting phone calls so frequently to come home. :) Here's a picture I took of him the first time he took it. I mean, I might have put a dab of Sunkist on it, but does it really matter? There are also some photos after a bath. He does this thing where he freaks out when I am drying him off now. He LOVES bathtime, but then when I go to dry him off, he screams until I nurse him and then he passes out. Will we ever figure these babies out? Anyway, his hair dried before I could put a comb to it. I think I dig it. There's also a pic of us before a little exercise. Then, a couple of him in Sunday's best. Kevin forbid me to leave the hat on him, but I managed to sneak a few photos. He looks a little amish but still adorable. Thanks to Vikki Pritchett for the cute outfit. I love it.

Some Precious Kade Pics...

Sorry it has been while. Here's my superstar!

We love bath time!

War Eagle!

Look at this little man!

Is this a beach baby or what?

We think he must have felt like he was outside since the sun was shining on him. He loves for Granna to rock him in the swing outside.
