Let's step it up, Trollyo

So, I've decided to really step it up a notch with my workouts and nutrition. I'm sure I will cheat at least once a day, since I became obsessed with food 31 years ago. Therefore, I need to step it up. Hubs gave me a sprint workout yesterday and my legs are feeling the consequences. I love that feeling. Inspired by my friend Cinda (high five girl), Tara needs to abstain from calories over a certain threshold and kick some hiny and lose 20 lbs. Maybe putting it out there will help with the accountability factor. In other words, I am asking to be added to your prayer list. I guess that means I have to weigh in, so we'll get on that dreadful piece of equipment in the morning. Evening weigh ins are a bad idea. ...let's add another workout playlist on that ipod and increase that VO2 max me.

MQ: Does nobody like the movie quote game as much as I do. It's not really that fun to play by myself. Trust me...I do that all the time already. Love you anyway.

GO Girl! You can do it. Thanks for the shout out on your blog. Let me know if you want some low calorie recipes. It won't take you long since you run so much! I do enjoy the quote game but I am not very good at it. Throw some "Friends" quotes in there and I will be all over it.

I agree... friends quotes would allow me to be more involved because we all know that I suck at that movie quote game... :(

Tara!!! I love the quotes...but with William hanging on my leg and wanting to "check his email" I don't get a chance to type back! Keep them coming, anyway! I wish you could put your voice on them! That would be fun.
I'll be praying for you! I wish I could work out with you! I certainly need your motivation.
