So, I am wayyyyyy late updating

I mean, where do I begin. It would take forever to update pictures. I will add a few Christmas pics. Most of you have a facebook, so you can see them all there. It's much quicker to add to it. Well, we had a wonderful holiday, as expected. Kade had to get tubes just before Christmas but it turned out fine since he got sooo much better. It seems December was full of sickness before that time with myself and Kade. So, I recommend tubes if they are recommended. It took literally 10 minutes. But, handing him over to that nurse beforehand was a different story. Wow, I mean talk about trust and faith...you have to have it when it comes to your children.

We traveled to Birmingham, Arkansas and then Atlanta for the Chic-fil-a bowl in a matter of two weeks. Kade did beautifully in the car. He is truly an angel. Christmas was just a whole new holiday this year. Reflecting on the birth of our savior having given birth to a precious baby boy was just a lot of emotion that can not be described. Kevin and I are so thankful to have been blessed with such a gift last Valentine's Day. Everday, even if my day is not going so well, I should remember how greatful I am for this family. He shows us something new everday and trying to see the world from your baby's eyes just brings new meaning to the small things. I mean, I've never been so greatful for a water bottle...for some reason, this is one of life's most fascinating things.

We had so much fun seeing Aunt Kelli, Uncle Brett, Aunt Amanda, Aunt Lindsay and Uncle Chad who we get to see more often, all the great grandparents, grandparents, cousins and many more. The Christmas Eve service was beautiful and we had a great time sitting next to The Hutch's. I could go on and on. Christmas morning was, well, way more gifts than a 10 1/2 month old should have, but maybe we'll regift for birthday. It made for a beautiful display. That Eggs Benedict, thanks to Aunt LIndsay, was, once again...my favorite tradition.

Arkansas was full of yumminess and I gained weight for sure but thanks to Kiki for hitting the pavement a couple of times. Atlanta was fun bringing in the new year wit A and my little bro. The game was no fun, but it's always nice spending time with them. and Jean and Eugene were there with my parents so it couldn't be beat.

Back to work...UGH. What a week. I'll post pics next...need to tend to the Kade.
